Item People Tab Does Not Show Roles Inherited Roles From Item Catalog Category (ICC) Level

On : 12.2.8 version, Catalog items
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is a Lock icon displayed on various User Defined Attributes after receiving the Search Results.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the user has View privilege, Search results should not display any locks
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Attribute group with UDA and assign View privileges to user.
2. Create a display format for ICC with the UDA
3. Query item using Advanced search for All organizations
4. Try to change the Display format that includes UDA
5. See search results display locks on few records
6. Review Item people to verify privileges > See User has no inherited roles from ICC-Org level.
