After apply PDRT patches procedure REMOVE_HR_PERSON Is not up-to-date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After apply PDRT patches procedure REMOVE_HR_PERSON should be up-to-date.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Apply following PDRT patches.
