Symptoms

Opening a Service Contract from the HTML Search Results page has a performance issue. It is taking 2 minutes or more to open the Service Contracts.

Steps
1. Using the the Contract Search HTML page.
2. Search for one or more contracts.
3. Open one of the contracts from the search results.
4. Notice the performance is poor.
