Symptoms
Applied CSF Patch 26185085:R12.CSF.B - CSF Recommended Patch Collection (June/2017).
Then ran the 'Generate Field Service Trips' program.
When trying to schedule a Task, users get the error below:

The request SearchAssistedOptions did not complete successfully.
Please refer to the Help> Diagnostics> Logging menu for information about the cause of the request failure.
If no logging found, please enable logging on level error and execute the request again
