Strategy Definition has Missing Score Component Details when More Than 13 Components Exist (Doc ID 2622151.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 08, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Advanced Collections - Version 12.2.8 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When adding a scoring engine to a strategy definition, not all of the Component Details are shown.  Example, if 14 score ranges are defined, only 13 rows are displayed in step three of the strategy creation process. The last row is missing.

The header of the table indicates 'Rows 1 to 14', but only 13 rows are displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Administrator
: Setup Checklist -> Create Collections Strategies

  1. Define a new scoring engine and add a score component.
  2. Define 14 score ranges, like:
    - 1 to 1
    - 1.01 to 2
    - 2.01 to 3
....etc, until there are 14 ranges defined.
  3. Create a new strategy. In step 3 of the strategy creation process (Scoring Rules), add the Scoring Engine you created in step 1.
  4. In this page, check the 'Score Component' section. It indicates 'Rows 1 to 14', but only 13 rows are displayed.
