On : 12.1.3 version, Pick Release Process

Error occurred in INV_Pick_Wave_Pick_Confirm_PUB.Pick_Confirm

the below Error is causing loss of functionality
today we have around 2000 order are stuck on Staging that are released to warehouse and that need to be transacted, can not continue due to this error
