PN_STREAMS_ALL Is Not Populated When Lease changed status from Draft to Final

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR


Expect PN: PN_STREAMS_ALL to be Populated When Lease changed status from Draft to Final

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Change a lease status from Draft to Final through Lease and Document form

PN > Lease and Document > Main Lease > Enter Lease and Document

query the lease and Change a lease status from Draft to Final
