Summary Approved Supplier List (ASL) Form does not Fetch records when Supplier site is Not null

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Summary Approved Supplier List (ASL) Form will Fetch records when Supplier site is Not null

STEPS TO REPLICATE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility

2. (N) -> Supply Base > Summary Approved Supplier List

Look for an specific Item with ASL definition (Using Supplier and site)

3. Form does not bring any information

Forms only bring information if definition of ASL have Empty site
