Symptoms

When attempting to access the eBusiness Center of Oracle TeleSales, the following error is encountered:

APP-AST-207405 Your resource does not have a valid sales group assigned to it.   Please contact system administrator.


After clicking ok another error appears:

FRM-92100 A failure has occurred on the server. You will need to reestablish your session.

Changes

Recent application of TeleSales and Universal Work Queue (IEU) patches.
