Symptoms


When attempting to open a past absence by selecting the details icon from the absence history on an upgrade instance,
the following error occurs.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25002: Definition oracle.apps.per.schema.server.PerAbsenceAttendancesEO of type Entity Definition not found
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageErrorHandler.prepareException(OAPageErrorHandler.java:1303)




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Landing page
2) Select icon: Create Absence > Absence History
3) > Select an approved absence > Details > Java Exception error
