Workflow Emails Go To Discard Folder When Users Used Outlook App On Smart Phone To Respond

Symptoms
When users used Outlook 365 from desktop or laptop, to respond (approve/reject...) a workflow notification then the generated email format from Workflow contained brackets like the below:
NID[...............................................................@.....]
But when they do the same thing on their smartphone using the Outlook app (only Outlook app) then format for NID is generated without the brackets like this:
Response:'Approve'Comment: NID...............................................................@.....
This caused the WF to send this notification to the Discard folder and not processed it.
