Balance in WIP Account Which Causes Incorrect Batch CLS Postings. OPM Pre-Processor Has GMF_ITEM_ORG Errors (Doc ID 2623848.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,  OPM Pre-Processor

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is a balance in the WIP Account after batch is closed. CLS event postings for the batch are missing.

The log file for the OPM Pre-Processor (OPP) associated to the batches had a GMF_ITEM_ORG error.

 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
WIP Account to not have balance and postings to be correct.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials > Run OPM Pre-Processor (OPP) for source Production.
2. Run Detailed Subledger Report and check postings for batch.
