Service Payment Expecting Evergreen Payment Despite No Dependent Renewal Stream (Doc ID 2623880.1)

During evergreen billing, Service Payment is expecting evergreen payment even though no dependent renewal stream is setup

Contracts have been booked with service lines, where the service line does not have a dependent renewal stream - this is because those service lines are not to be billed into evergreen, just during the Booked phase.

However, when the contracts go into Evergreen, the contracts error in the Evergreen Billing Concurrent Program  - none of the streams bill, including those which have been linked to a dependent renewal stream.

Is there a configuration that may have been missed, where it is possible to set up a service line which will not go into Evergreen? Removing the dependent renewal stream in the stream generation template seemed to be the option, but that gives the error as mentioned below.

ERROR: Obtaining sty id for: SERVICE_RENEWAL
1: Stream type could not be identified for the dependent purpose Service Renewal in stream generation template.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do not add dependent renewal stream type Service Renewal in stream generation template.
2. Create a contract with service lines.
3. Process it to turn it to Evergreen.
4. Run Evergreen billing program.
