When trying to update DFF in PO vendor sites an error is observed.
This is specifically when transacting in Israel operating unit.

"JG_PO_VENDOR_SITES For Row: 1 ,<OperatingUnit Name> : nullID JE.IL.APXVDMVD.SUPPLIER_SITE for the flexfield segment Context Value does not exist in the value set $FLEX$.DF_CONTEXTS."
