Symptoms
In Oracle Projects, when reversing an asset in the Capital form, there is no dollar amount on the reversal lines
Due to this issue, users cannot see the credits to be assigned to the asset to clear variances.
Expectation is to see the reversal lines populated with the correct reversal amounts
