Reported Issue

VAT on prepayment invoice was created with incorrect amounts due to rounding differences.
This issue is specifically observed for cases for on-account receipts.
Steps to reproduce
---------------------
This issue can be reproduced with the following steps :
1.Create an On-Account receipt.
2.Apply VAT on prepayment invoice.
3.Query the transaction to find difference in amounts.
Expected Behavior
--------------------
Expects VAT on prepayment invoice should be created with correct amount.
Else it causes reconciliation issues.
