For copied transaction, the changes in line description are saved in the database but not shown in the transaction form (Doc ID 2624763.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 12, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Receivables - Version 12.2.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After copy-ing a transaction (with the form receibvables->transactions->copy transaction) and changing the line description , users still see the old values in the form. The database field is changed.

Check the file xx.rar for the reproduction of the steps in a Vision test instance. The file names inside the rar include the data/ time when each screen shot was obtained, for example the file 06_11_19_12_58_45.png was obtained on 6-nov-2019, 12:58:45, so the screen shots are in the order of the steps performed.
