EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to save the credit card.

 

REPRODUCIBLE STEPS

-------------------

1. (R)Login to iStore Customer UI
2. (N)Create Cart
3. Checkout and provide credit card details
4. Place order and observe the behavior

Changes

After applying the patch, the credit card information is not being saved to the cart. Looks like the Quote.loadHeaderPayment query has been changed.
The condition "AND IBYCC.INACTIVE_DATE IS NULL" is added in the new query.This query is failed to return any results as the INACTIVE_DATE of the
IBY_CREDIT_CARD is set to Expiry Date of the Credit Card in the Instance.
