How to mask National Identifier in Datetrack History Form (Doc ID 2625170.1)

Goal

Datetrack History form(DTXHISTY.fmb) is used in both People and Assignment forms.
When trying to mask the value of National Identifier (e.g. Social Security Number) using Form Personalization, it also masks the Assignment Status as both fields are FOLDER.A29.

How to only mask the National Identifier value?

(N) People > Enter and Maintain
Go to Tools > Datetrack History... > (B) Full History
