ORA-20001: FFX22J_FORMULA_NOT_FOUND Error received when viewing the Previous Balances from Entitlement Tab on Absence Page (Doc ID 2625830.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Assignment,Term,Pay,ChgMgr,LOA

When attempting to view the previous balances from entitlement tab on Absence page,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login application with Employee Self Service Responsibility
2. Navigate to Absence page/function
3. Click on entitlement tab on Absence page to check the balances.
4. Change the Effective date to past date , click go.
5. Getting above mentioned error

Example: Current Date say 03-Jan-2020

When try to change the effective date as 31-DEC-2019 and try to view the balances , get above mentioned error.
