APP-PO-14122 - No Records in "Summary Approver Supplier List" Form

Symptoms
When using the Summary Approved Supplier List form, there are no records returned, even though there are actual records present.
When searching on ASL and Item combination, the below error is displayed:
APP-PO-14122: No record meets your search criteria
STEPS:
1. Purchasing => Supply Base => Summary Approved Supplier List
2. Look for any specific Item with ASL definition
3. Form does not return any information, and instead presents error: APP-PO-14122
