R12:AP/IBY: NACHA Template Not Calculating Payment Date When Paid on Last Day of the Month (Doc ID 2626412.1)

Symptoms

In the modified NACHA CCD format file, the date is incorrect when payment date is on the last day of the month. Any other payment dates are fine and displayed on the Format fine.

1. Copy seeded NACHA Format template and modify.
2. Test new payment batch.
3. Review format output.
4. See the output and Effective Entry Date showing as 201911 but should be like 20191130.


Effective Entry Date showing as 201911 (not correctly transforming to 20191130)
Position 70, length 6, YYMMDD OutboundPayment/PaymentDate+1
