On the Cost Rollup Form the 'Aborted On' Field Is Not Displaying Data When Cost Rollup Reference Was Aborted (Doc ID 2626465.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Standard Cost Process

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user aborts the cost rollup program, the Aborted On timestamp is displayed.
However, when the cost rollup reference number is re-queried after the program ends, the Aborted On timestamp is not displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Aborted On field to be populated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigation: Standard Costs > Cost Rollup
3. Details:
a) Submit cost rollup process
b) Go to Actions > Abort/Reset, enter in reason
c) Respond Yes to prompt - Do you really want to abort the process/
d) Receive prompt - APP-GMF-86271 The Process will be Aborted.
Note: Aborted On is populated - date/time.
e) Re-query after program completes
The Aborted On is not displayed. Aborted By and Reason are populated.
