Alpha Numeric Credit Card Failed CC Authorization "Only digits, spaces, and dashes are allowed in credit card number" (Doc ID 2626769.1)

Symptoms

On Test: 12.2.6 version, FC Core

Payments is blocking alpha numeric credit card at the time of CC auth request from iReceivables.

RECENT CHANGES

Applied the Patch 26611417:R12.IBY.C (Doc ID 2314190.1 :Credit Card Form Is Not Accepting Alphanumeric Values) to allow alpha numeric credit cards number to be created in oracle.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to EBS with iReceivables resp
2. Enter a payment for CC with alpha-numeric card number
3. See..error

Unable to use alpha-numeric CC
