Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to install UPK 126.96.36.199 on a new Windows 2012 server the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run setup.exe
2. Choose "UPK Server"
3. Select "Standard Authentication".
4. Select "Yes the scripts have already been run for this version"
5. See error
