Why is Price Automatically Set to Zero for Internal Requisitions ?

On POXRQERQ - Enter Requisition with Source Type = Inventory observe Price of internal requisitions is automatically set to 0 

Note that Item Catalog price is different from 0 (zero) symptom:and Item Market price is different from 0 (zero) and Item Cost price is 0 (zero)
