New Municipality Codes for Norway Legislation

Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Municipality codes not updated in Table Values.
From 01-01-2020 new municipality codes should be present and from 31-12-2019 some municipality codes should be obsoleted.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using NO HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to (N) > Other Definitions > Table Values.
3. Query for table NO_TAX_MUNICIPALITY.
4. Check municipality codes.
