PATTGL PRC: Generate Revenue Accounting Events has Rejection Reason - 'Auto Accounting could not create flexfie'

Per the log file, errors similar to the following occur when validating the accounting flexfield generated:

paaffc: gcc count= 25
paaffc : num_flex = 15151
paaffc: Before paafui call check: mc_ptr=0, mc_end_ptr=17 no_of_rows=25 last_total=25 num_flex=15151 sqlcode=1403 sqlerrd=25
