Symptoms
After 12.2.8 upgrade, updating items using EGO import fails with the below error.
ERROR

EGO Spreadsheet java Concurrent Program ends with a warning;
Error Message: Message not found. Application: FND, MEssage Name:FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE. Tokens: MESSAGE= Java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA:-00904: "M"."TL_EXT_ATTR1": Invalid identifier ORA-06512: at "APPS.EGO_IMPORT_UTIL_PVT", line 7251 ORA-06512 at "APPS.EGO_IMPORT_UTIL_PVT", line 7175 ORA-006512 at line 1;

The issue was reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Development Manager > Item Catalog > Item Simple Search
2. Search for an item
3. Export to excel
4. Update an attribute
5. Upload
6. EGO Spreadsheet java Concurrent Program ends with a warning
