PO Errors on View Revision History in BWC

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
PO gives an error when attempting to View the Revision History in the BWC.

ERROR
-------------------
An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later and if the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module - navigate to Buyer Work Center -> Orders
2. Click on Purchase Order
3. Select View Revision History from Action drop down, and click Go
4. Error occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot View Revision History
