Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The Job Scheduling times between Jobs with the same fixed and variable lead times is large and unexplained.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The difference between Job Scheduling times to be minimal.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create two Discrete Jobs for two assemblies with the same fixed and variable lead times
2. The scheduled start/end times for the two jobs have significant discrepancies
