ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 Repair Actual Tab Not Showing The Actual Line Fields To Create Actuals

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Actual Line Fields should be shown, when clicked on Repair actuals tab

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1: Navigate to Depot Repair Super user Responsibility.
2: Open Repair Order form
3: Query for the depot repair service request/repair order
4: Go to Repair actual Tab to create actual line
5: Form is not dispalying the fields to create repair actual line first time.
6. Once navigated to any other tab and come back to repair actual tab, it is showing all fields.
