When Updating The Resolution Summary From Field Service Wireless The % Character Shows as "&#37" (Doc ID 2628948.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Wireless/WAP

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Field Service Wireless when entering '%' in the resolution summary field it is showing as "&#37" in the service request form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that the form will correctly interpret the '%' character and not convert it to "&#37"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FS Wireless
2. Open Task
3. Enter Resolution Summary:  Example:Percentage complete 25%
4. Close the Task
5. Open the SR from Forms and check the Resolution Summary value: It shows 25&#37
