Goal

After autoconfig for DB Tier and AP Tier, $ORACLE_HOME(RDBMS)/bin/sqlplus is always set to 750 and files under $TNS_ADMIN is set to 640 even if you manually change it 755 for sqlplus and 644 for files under $TNS_ADMIN. Is there any setting to set 755 for sqlplus and 644 for files under $TNS_ADMIN ?
