Deleting A Returned And Rejected Requisition Line From A Requisition With 2 Lines, Record Deleted From Requisition Headers Also Along With Requisition Lines (Doc ID 2630308.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Requisitions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to delete a rejected requisition line from requisition with 2 lines, record deleted from requisition headers also along with requisition lines.
However, record exist in requisition lines for other requisition line.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected, to delete record from requisition lines only, and requester should be able to query other requisition line data from iProcurement.


STEPS

1.Navigate to iProcurement Responsibility -> iProcurement Home Page -> Shop -> Stores
2.Search Item1 (Quantity 1 ) and Item2 (Quantity 2 ) and add to cart
3.View Cart and Checkout
4.Submit
5.Requisition Req1 Approved.
6.Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility -> AutoCreate
7.Search Req1 and Create Purchase Order
8.Purchase Order PO1 created and approved
9.Query PO1 from Purchase Order Summary and navigate to Lines
10.Select Line#2 and click on Control from Tools
11.Choose Cancel PO Line and uncheck 'Cancel Requisition' flag and click OK
12.PO1 -> Line#2 cancelled.

13.Navigate back to AutoCreate form, query Req1 and Return Req1 -> Line#2
14.Navigate to iProcurement Responsibility -> iProcurement Home Page -> Requisitions
15.Select Req1 (Status shows Returned ) and click on Change
(Change Request page shows only Line#2 which was returned, po_requisition_lines_all table contains 2 lines )

14.Submit Change Request by increasing Quantity to 100
15.Login as Approver and Reject the change request
16.Login as Requester and navigate to iProcurement Responsibility -> iProcurement Home Page -> Requisitions
17.Select Req1 (Status shows Rejected ) and click on Change
(Change Request page shows only Line#2 which was returned, po_requisition_lines_all table contains 2 lines )

18.Select line#2 and click on Delete
19.The requisition is no longer existing.
20.Record deleted from requisition headers but records exist in requisition lines for other requisition line.
