ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When try to do direct org transfer for items with the same lot in the second time which transaction quantity is same as the quantity of first time, expiration_date and origination_date of the lot is changed to the date without timestamp in destination Org.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Whenever try to do direct org transfer for items with lot controlled, expiration_date and origination_date of lot should have timestamp.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Inventory Super User
2. Navigation: Transactions -> Inter Org Transfer form.
3. At first time, do direct org transfer for Item A with Lot of A001, quantity 1 from organization M1 to M2, expiration_date and origination_date of lot A001 are not truncated in destination organization of M2.
Then do direct org transfer for Item A with Lot of A001, quantity 1 from organization M1 to M2 again, expiration_date and origination_date of lot A001 are changed to the date without timestamp in destination Org.
