Warning message in payment term lines while adding new term using amendment (Doc ID 2630735.1)

When attempting to create a new payment via amendment the below error comes

Select a valid value in Term template field
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Equipment lease and Finalize the lease .
2. Make Amendment to add a new payment term
3. Use LOV to enter the term template and select the term template in the lov and tab it
4. Enter all the fields and save the record.
