Model Line Does Not Interface To Installed Base (Doc ID 2631149.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Support Codes

ATO model line is not interfaced to Installed Base.  Error Message is null in csi_transactions_interface

When set CSI debug system profile option on, found in the log file of 'Interface Installed Base Lines' the program is ended with following messages

 

Before calling check_prior_transactions : <date>
In Procedure check_prior_transactions
l_curr_shipment_txn_date : <date>
l_processed_flag =
No Records found in csi_transactions_interface ORA-01403: no data found
l_processed_flag =
after pending_ship_txn_rec, x_block_transaction_flag : Y
END Procedure check_prior_transactions
l_block_transaction_flag : Y
