REASON: The Transaction Code is not defined for the Bank Account

Steps to reproduce
---------------------
1. Create bank accounts.
2. Define IBAN for the bank accounts.
When IBAN is defined, it is not in sync with the bank account.
i.e. Bank Account number is 1234.
IBAN (sample format) should be in the format as AT611111<accountnumber>
but, here it is defined as AT611111<9876>
3. Concurrent is completing normal but log file is throwing the above mentioned error.

Expected Behavior
---------------------
Expects that the Austrian bank statement loader program should complete normal and load the transaction codes
