Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Data Collections in Production Instance

When attempting to run complete refresh data collections, Planning Data Pull Worker fails.
the following error occurs.

Error retrieving effectivities: ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 16328 bytes (koh-kghu sessi,pmucalm coll)

1. Enter the application.
2. Run ASCP data collections.
3. See that the planning data pull worker fails.
