Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Customer Search

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Account details for Customer=All Customer Accounts the total is showing as zero, even though the transaction list is showing an amount.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
You expect Account Details to show the totals

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Navigation: iReceivables 2.0 Internal>> Customer Search>> Account Tab
  2. Search Customer by All Customer Accounts: totals doesn’t display
  3. Search Customer by specific customer Account: totals displays
