On : 11.1.1.3.0 version, MICC Transfer to TSC
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Upgraded E Business Suite from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8.
While testing base Oracle reports noticed that XML output reports with a BI Publisher RTF template without a default output type fail to open.
Does not generate an output in MS Word.
An example report is "Unaccounted Transactions Report (XML)" of Accounts Payables.
After the completion of the concurrent request and upon clicking on View Output, the viewer window flashes for a second and disappears without opening the output in MS Word.
The same report works just fine in the current production E Business on release 12.1.3.
Changes
