Nullpointerexception Exception When Adding Bank Account under "Manage Payment Methods" From Irec Responsibility (Doc ID 2631653.1)

Symptoms

Customer is trying to save Bank Account information on Manage Payment Methods (iReceivables) and it errors with the following message:

java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.iby.fundcapture.setup.components.webui.IbyPayerSetupCO.processRequest(IbyPayerSetupCO.java:394)


AR patches 22917414 and 24662023 have been applied:
Customer has also applied IBY patches:

Patch 18053306:R12.IBY.B


Frequency of the issue

This issue was not verified in all tested instances.
In other instances, it is reproduced every time users try to save a bank via iReceivables only.

What IS working

No issues found when saving the bank information from the Customer Master.
