BWC PO Schedules Search Performance Issue when Using Supplier as Criteria (Doc ID 2631781.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, HTML Orders

When attempting to search on the Buyer Work Center PO Schedules tab using supplier name or Order Date or Need By Date or any other field apart from Order Number,
it takes a long time and ends with an Apache Web Bridge Failure message as the webserver times out after 10 min.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility>Buyer Work Center>Orders>Schedules tab.

2. Enter Supplier and Order Date as search criteria.

3. Click Go button.

 It takes a long time (10 min +) and ends with an Apache Web Bridge Failure message as the webserver times out after 10 min.

No results are returned.

Failure of web server bridge:
No backend server avaailable for connection: time out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

4.Try using supplier name and Need By Date or any other search field other than the specific Order Number. The same performance issue happens.

5.Try search by using specific Purchase Order number, then it works fine.
