Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Spares Management - Parts Requirement HTML Page

While trying to view the details of the "Document Number" in Parts Requirement HTML Search Page, the page times out and the following error is displayed.

ERROR

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, XXX@YYYY.COM and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.(R) Spares Management
2.(N) Spares Logistics - > Parts Requirement HTML Search page
3.Search with a Part Requirement Number
4.Click on the Requirement Number
5.Click on Show
6.Click on Document Number
7.Pop up page opens and window takes time in loading, ending in Internal server error.
