Approval Notifications Are Not Going To Override Approver if Admin Entered the Override And Then Employee Updated The Timecard . (Doc ID 2631990.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Timecard Approval

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Approval Notifications are not going to Override approver in the following scenario :-

 -Set new segment Clear Overriding Approver at employee level to No in n Self Service Template Functionality for a Worker preference

 -Eligibility criteria is linked by responsibility for the employee .

 -Enable override approval to No ( employee has no Prvilvilge to update override)


1 .Login as employee
2. Create 2 days from timecard 
3. Login as admin and add override approval and save.
4. Login as employee
5. Open the timecard from recent timecard and enter the rest of timecard and submit it.

6. Noticed timecard was sent to supervisor not the override approval

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected approval to go for override approver
