Goal

Some users are prompted to Open/Save frmsrvlet.jnlp in IE 11.

System is configured for JWS for all users following the next documents

 Using Java Web Start with Oracle E-Business Suite (Doc ID 2188898.1)

 R12: Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite (Doc ID 389422.1)

Some users (possibly different browser settings) are always prompted by the browser (Internet Explorer 11) asking what to do with the frmsrvlet.jnlp file.

Same user, logging into another machine, doesn't get the prompt.

Is there some setting in Internet Explorer that influences this behavior?
