How to get only reporting columns in OTM BI Publisher CSV Reports Result?

Goal
After opening the report in CSV format, the first line is having all the parameters used for the report.
If the report is built with the default layout and results are exported in CSV, then there are no parameter listing.
The expectation is only reporting columns should present in the CSV output. How to achieve this ?
