On : 12.2.4 version, Catalog items

Actual Behavior
Duplicate item is created in PIM

Expected Behavior
Expect no duplicates should be created and a verbose message which is more user friendly should be displayed.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. While creating an Item using PIM, then immediately create another item in another screen for a 2nd ICC , the following error occurs:
   
   INV_IOI_ERR_IN_PROCESS_ITEM
   
   A custom message such as the following is then displayed AFTER the error above is displayed:
   
    "The timing of your item creation has conflicted with another PIM User. Please create a new item..."
   
   
2. See that a duplicate item name is created (with a different item ID) when this
   
   
3. Actual steps a. Development Manager > Item Catalog > Create Production Items  b. Enter ICC and Item, c. Immediately in another screen try to create another item with the same name using a separate ICC.
