Symptoms

The Rate Factor Value entered from the UI is different from the stored value in the DB (FACTOR_VALUE).

EXAMPLE:

Contract and Rate Management > Power Data > General > Rate Factor > New

- Source Rate Factor ID: SRF_01
Click 'New Rate Factor'
- Effective Date: 2020-01-20
- Factor Value: 3.079
Save
Finished
